DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE! I brought my cat in with an abscess. She was in severe pain, but the vet waited nearly an hour before giving her a sedative and then only b/c I demanded it. The staff was unresponsive when I heard my cat screaming. They refused to let her see me although I told them she was a rescue cat and very nervous around strangers. There were no other emergency pets present, and I still waited over 3 hours! The vet refused to give me a copy of the records for my insurance (They said they would fax them ""in a few days."") They also had two toxic plants in the lobby where pets wait. Either they are incompetent or just don't care about animals. I shudder to think how they treat pets whose owners don't wait in the lobby and demand to know what's going on! Horrible, horrible people. Take your vet here only as a last resort.
