I tend to agree that money matters more than good care. After going here I had friends tell me they were sorry I had not called them first. They said this place use to be the place to go, but has changed management several times now. The staff was nice, but no one will ever convince me the vet did a thorough exam or that anyone even looked at my dog during the overnight stay. Had anyone taken five minutes with him, they would have seen that he was having severe muscle tremors when he tried to stand on his hind legs for more than three minutes. I had to take him to a second emergency room in Murfreesboro where the vet LISTENED to my dog's history of leg problems and let me watch as he examined my pet.
As I said the staff was very nice and the place very clean, but they made me think I was crazy and that ice cream in not cold. Pets and their owners deserve better care, especially in a time of crisis.
