Review content:
If I could give this company a 0 I would have. Had to call them three different times to fix our air conditioning. Each time they ""cleaned the filter"". The problem was fixed for about 2 hours. The last technician that wasted our time told us to call again and they would come out for free if it stopped working. However, he was rude, degrading, argumentative, uninformative, inneffective and careless. We called again (4th time in less than 2 weeks) and were told we would be charged another $89 service fee and repair cost. I couldn't believe it. Instead of fixing the problem or telling us that they couldn't fix it and referring us to someone else, they were rude and wanted more money. They are dishonest, incompitent and definitely not the ""family business"" they claim to be. If you have extra money to waste, call them. They'll gladly send a lazy technician out with bad language or a bad attitude (even in front of your children) and charge you more money instead of being honest and actually working to fix the problem. I'm out $200. Not one technician spent more than an hour and not one technician actually went to the crawl space to fix the problem. I watched. They stood outside and ""cleaned a filter"" which allowed for two hours of air conditioning, just long enough for them to leave. Be warned. They may be nice the first time, or the second, maybe even the third..but after that, you're left with the same problem and they will only charge you more money to fix it. I know the economy isn't great for anyone right now. I would think that a small business like that would care more about their reputation and getting business than being crooks. I would also advise that if you are a woman and you plan on being the one to handle this (especially stay at home moms like me) that you are cautious. They took advantage of me and lied several times with the intent (and success) to fool me. I wish I would have known better. Please call someone else, even if it's $10 more. I don't want anyone else to go through what I had to.\r
