Please beware of these people as to what they charge for parts. The prices that they charge are exorbitant. They came down at my place to replace a leaky flapper. The flapper cost they charged from a book was $125, apparently due to the fact that it is branded flapper vs a generic one in home depot. I paid that price and was okay as this was my frist time ever interacting with a plumber. Guess what my leak is back in couple days. This time the guy visits again as they offer 90 day gurantee. This time he tells me that there is some other part that has gone bad and now it is going to cost me additional 300 dollars. They were taking into consideration the $125, as their original cost is 425 and change. What a rip off. I simply asked the guy to leave. Please beware of them. When you speak with them on phone make sure you enquire about their entire cost.
Pros: Kind service person.
Cons: Rip off in terms off prices.
