I was pleasantly surprised when dealing with Hard Drive Data Recovery Dallas. Their level of customer commitment is unprecedented. Their technicians and customer service staff are always willing to go out of the way for the customer. I received multiple updates with personal notes on almost hourly basis, and whenever I had a question that required personal involvment there was always someone there to answer it. My info was successfully recovered and shipped back to me on a brand new drive. I really appreciate everything this company did for me and the way they did it.
