After much review of this posting, we have discovered that this was a malicious attack by one of our not so honest competitors. This review was brought to our attention by a customer of ours. First, our office is too busy to come on this site and post fraudulent reviews nor do we need to. I think being in business for the last 31 years speaks volumes in and of itself. We have not built a pool in the last 6 years for anyone with a last name beginning with an E. Also, we have not built a pool for a customer with the first name of Phil in the last 7 years, or any customer by Phil E. If this customer thought that our price was not to their liking; I am baffled why they would choose to go with our company. Also, we are unaware of any tile issues with any customers. According to what was said if you said another contractor came in for corrective work, why would we bill for that same work? Which we have NOT done any corrective work on any customers. We have not had to go to the extremes of threatening law suits with any of our customers simply because we complete the work to meet or exceed the agreement specifications with each customer and they therefore pay us in a timely manner as a result. Of the customers who have issued reviews on this site, most names have been matched with permits pulled by Aquatic Pools, Inc. with work at their residences. \r
If by chance this is a true customer, we invite this person to contact our office to discuss any possible issues and we would be more than happy to address any such issues.
