Fitzgerald's Fine Catering was great to work with. I got laughed at and hung up on by other caterers when I asked if they could work within my budget. They would not even listen to me. We were not trying to have a lavish feast, we would actually be supplying a lot of our own food because my grandfather owns a farm. Nick was the only one who would sit and listen to me. He was just so wonderful to work with.
Everything turned out great. There was one dish people did not like and it was one that we had not tried beforehand. Other than that, everything he prepared was wonderful. Their service was great and they set everything up beautifully.
