Review content:
Arden Hills has the potential to be a great establishment if they would only concider what would be interesting and fun for members. Concierege is extremely out of touch with the business! The bands are dated, events are rarely attended and the concierege manager is just down right rude! It's as if she scatters to find any activity to fill the calender in fear of her job. Not just her, from the GM down , this incompetent group of people need a reality check on how to engage members to keep us around! From a service stand point most of the staff are friendly and attentive, Mangos and the bar especially. If you want a decent meal, the restaurant is good but if you're looking to join a club in search of like minded people and a little fun, save your money. Arden Hills is a ghost town. Grab a friend and go down to the Luna instead...that's where most of us go anways. Pros: Friendly staff (Kevin & Angela especially) Cons: Terrible management, boring events.
