Review content:
A nice place for a massage. Prices are ""typical"". Facility iis relatively nice although I have been to better places. i certainly would not call it ""world class"" but its not a strip mall massage pit either.\r
\r
I got a laugh from the ""owners message"" suggesting world class athletes come here. Nice try. Unless they are Jockeys they aren't going to find a robe or sandals that fit so they won't be back...\r
\r
I've had a half dozen or more massages at the Spa and only twice have they had robe and sandals that fit. I am pretty ""average"" sized - Men's 10 shoes, 6', 200. So I know they have at least 1 Men's robe and 1 Men's sized set of flip flops. But you would think from talking to them they only have 1 set. \r
\r
I stopped going there because I got tired of walking around barefoot and clenching a robe that was too small to stay closed!\r
\r
I repeatedly tried mentioning the robe and sandel sizes at both appointment booking time and upon arrival/check-in but to no benefit. They would give me robes and sandals fit for a school girl. I tried booking a couple weeks in advance so if they didn't have any they could GET THEM. No help.\r
\r
So they lost my spa business, and with it...my partners. \r
We were starting to go there weekly or every other week for a while ..but it defeats the purpose of trying to relax and be comfortable when you are flashing the other customers and your feet are squeezed into thimble sized flip flops.\r
\r
The place just isn't equipped for Men. \r
\r
I stumbled on this review site because we were looking online for a nice place to spend the weekend - they have a little bed & breakfast but for $400-$500 for the room, I'd like a spa that is properly equipped so we'll be going elsewhere this weekend. There's another $1000+ they missed out on. Of course that is a lot less than the spa business they have lost over the past couple years.\r
\r
Can't really recommend it for Men.....and service staff is spotty at best. \r
\r
Pros: Nice facility, good massage
Cons: Lack appropriately sized robes and sandals for men
