I have been a patient of Kyle McAvoy NP for 3 years and as of my latest visit I am making it my last. The quality of care has changed dramtically. I was encouraged to buy skin care products while having to ask for a blood draw to check hormone and thyroid levels. Not once was I asked about my current state of well being and had to call the clinic repeatedly to inquire about my perscription refills.I know the state of health care requires us as patients to advocate for ourselves but seriously, I believe that for the cost involved the care we do recieve should be more involved and without conflict of interest ie: pushing product.
