I was looking for a romantic place to take my wife for our 1 year aniversary. After all the restaurants that she wanted to go to were closed on sunday, I made the choice for the Stockyard. As soon as we walked in the the place we were greated and shown to our table. After looking at the wine list, I ordered a $30 bottle that would be $5 at the store. The food was great though. I'm a sucker for a good steak and this is where you can get one. The only problems I had was the overpriced wine and that it just wasn't my type of place to go. If you like something up tempo then this is not the place, but if you like to pay $35 for a 7oz filet, and five times the price for wine, then this is the place for you.
