I moved to this area 5 years ago, and after having gone to the same vet for 25 years , had to find a new one. I have 6 pets, we tried severl vets the first 1.5 years, and then found Averill. My experience there is always good. The staff is very curteous, friendly and caring. Both Dr. Nelson and Dr Averill are very patient, will answer any question, and be very honest about whats going on. I had a very sick dachshund for 1.5 years, and cannot thank them enough for all the care they gave. They answered my calls with emergent questions, allowed me to drop him off in the mornings before work if he needed to be seen, and always contacted me when they said they would. They ensure that both pets and owners are well cared for.
