Businiess name:  Central Market Cafe
Review by:  Evans T.
Review content:
Central Market is a "food store," not a supermarket. At the heart of Central Market is an extraordinary variety high-quality food items that will make any food lover salivate. Their wide variety of produce is always fresh, and there are always "foodies" around if you have questions or want a taste. The meat department has real butchers willing and able to trim and tie tenderloins, french a rack of lamb, or whatever else you might need. Many items normally processed in a centralized factory (chicken, ground meat, etc) are all done on-site. While Central Market doesn't carry many staples like "regular" soft drinks, paper goods, cleaning supplies, and other items you might find at a local supermarket, most grocery stores don't carry such a wide variety of specialty foods.
