i had the pleasure of meetig charles at the studio this day, i googled up hair salons in jenkintown and found the best of philly and charles, i am a hair friek, i just had a baby [9 months old] and i felt old with my looks, this man took me from a don't care to a wow i love the way i look, i can't believe my color, it's fantastic, and my haircut is nothing i've never had before, by far the best in my 30 years, my husband loves it and so do i. charles you are fab. i love it , i love it , you're the the best. don't go anywhere, ie. calif ! thank you so much. see you next month for that frizz cure, i'm looking forward to it. and see you again.

Cons: if you think standing over you while your coler is working is bad, i loved it
