My old vet was abrasive, rude, and overly expensive. The customer service at Chevington was like night and day! Dr. Young is very calm-good for my skittish cat. He is absolutely a pro at giving shots. My cat didn't even seem to notice. I didn't have to wait long, and the price seemed very reasonable. Dr. Young even holds a patent for a surgical procedure! Wow! The place itself is modern and clean. The rest of the staff was very friendly and accommodating. I had already referred my family by the end of the day.
