Ken is absolutely fantastic. My first ever home inspection and I couldn't have been more pleased with the process. First off, he was right on time, very pleasant to meet. Secondly, came with great equipment, made you think this guy was really good at what he does. Third, got right into the inspection and you could tell he was really looking at everything. One really unique thing he did was that it was too dangerous for him to go on my roof due to the angle of which he had to get up to the roof from the ground via ladder. So he used a very good camera and found the best vantage point to take a pic of the roof which then he advised me what kind of roof I have, why it's such a good roof, what to look for when it comes to replacing/repairing the roof, how best to maintain it. He showed me my neighbor's roof who has the same roof as I do and explained everything about my roof which really made me feel good about the home that I was getting myself into. At the end, he showed me a pic of basically everything that he inspected. Thankfully nothing was wrong with the house, but he still pointed out minor stuff that wouldn't really be a sellers job to fix that I should make better once the home is mine. Highly highly recommend Ken!
