When I was preparing to buy a condo, my realtor arranged a professional inspection with Portico Home Inspections. Our inspector was very personable and responsive, and came out quickly. He was in and out quickly, as well. He did a very efficient, very good job.
I saw the checklist the inspector was using, and it was very thorough. Not everything on the list applied, since there is more to investigate in a house than in a condo, but I could see that Portico cover their bases. All the comments he made were valuable, and I did end up buying the condo. I have no complaints.
