Would be nice to receive all documents in a nice binder mailed to the home for the review. It would also be nice to have a follow up call to discuss all the findings RESPONSE FROM Portico Home Inspection Llc: Fred, thank you for taking the time to post a review. It's always good to know if a customer is happy with my work, and your feedback is valuable. The reporting system I use stores reports on a secure website, where customers can access them at any time. It saves paper and ink, and the need to mail a bulky document. Steve Jobs may talk about putting documents, etc. on "The Cloud" as if it's new idea, but I've been doing exactly that for years. There are inspectors who put together a binder, but this is the way I prefer to do it, and no one has ever asked for a printed version before. Anyone who has access to the report (customers and their Realtor, usually) can print it from the website, and the report can be forwarded by the customer to whomever they choose. I'm always available by phone or email to answer any follow up questions and to refer contractors or other resources, and gladly do so whenever I'm asked.
