Ken from Portico did what he calls a walk through. It's not a formal kind of thing. I just followed him around and took some photographs while he talked about things I needed to improve on in the house. I'm not going to sell the house, I just wanted to think in terms of how things should be improved at some point. Ken was very easy to work with, and he answered all my questions quite thoroughly.
