Review content:
Hands down, the best home inspection process and report I've received among the half dozen I've purchased over the years. From beginning to end a very thorough, detailed and enjoyable process that met the high expectations created by the sample report on Portico's website. Ken spent more than three hours on my relatively small, but older home pointing out details and areas needing possible attention that I would have otherwise overlooked. One example: he spent more than half an hour on his stomach in the crawl space alone, identifying and photographing critical dwelling systems and issues needing attention that potentially saved me thousands of dollars. The written report was very detailed and well organized for use as a punch list of repairs as well as items needing on-going maintenance. I paid slightly more ($50) than the quotes I got from the big chains/franchises, but well worth the money. Did I mention that Ken was a pleasure to deal with? As a homeowner, this is one of the best investments you can make in your property. Highly recommend.
