Ken with Portico Home Inspection did an awesome job. He was very detailed. A friend recommended them to me. I was really amazed at how detailed he was and how nice he was.
The first house we looked at, he looked at the siding and stopped right there. He knew right away that the house was a money pit, a disaster. For someone to do that means a lot. He said, 'I know you're not looking for problems, and this is a house that has problems.' I would really recommend them to anyone.
