Ken was extremely thorough in his inspection of the house we are purchasing. The pictures he placed in his report show exactly what needs attention. My father in-law has built houses for over 30 years, when he saw the home inspection he was very impressed with the level of detail. Ken even went above and beyond to email me two days after the inspection on further ideas he had about the house and how to deal with certain issues that arose during the inspection.
