I am very pleased with the thoroughness of review, the detailed explanations provided, and the quality of photo's and written record of the inspection. I appreciate that Ken is realistic and gives his opinion without either "the sky is falling, we are all doomed" or "it's okay don't worry" extreme opinions. I felt I understood the risks, likely repairs, and good things that he saw about the house. I will do all the preventative and maintenance items he noted, which will make me happier long term with the older home that I have purchased.
