Tri-Star went without picking up our trash four weeks in a row, twice. Even after a certified letter was sent saying we needed our trash picked up and the bin removed, it was still three weeks before anything was done. And once someone did finally come to empty the bin they refuse to take it away for us to find a better waste management company. Do no use Tri Star Waste.
Pros: The trash is in the parking lot as opposed to in the building.
Cons: Breach of contract, bad customer service, rude.
