This is an update to my previous post.
The company left the 30 yard open top container on my property for 6 MONTHS !!!
Tri-Star refused to remove it unless I signed a waiver saying that they were not liable for any damage to my property when removing the container.
I told Tri-Star they were crazy and I proceeded to contact my lawyer.
I sent Tri-Star a certified letter saying they had 10 business days to remove the container or else the container would be considered abandoned.
They did not respond, the container was hauled away by a third party.
I win, they lose !!!!!
Extremely poor customer service !!!!
Driver dropped off open top and did damage to my property, service manager didn't give a damn.
(I will deal with Tri-Star in court)
