I, unfontunately, have a dumpster with Tri-Star that requires weekly service. As of today, April 14, 2011, my dumpster has been emptied 4 times this year. What the hell??? 4 pick-ups in 15 weeks. Yet, I still receive a bill. Maybe the billing department needs to get in those trucks, they seem to be the only department that is working. I tried calling them the entire month of February on two phone numbers and it either just rang or I would get a busy signal. Trying to get rid of these bozo's has become another problem. See, I signed a contract with them and now they are trying to hold me hostage. They won't break the contract, keep billing me and NOT pick up my dumpster. How do these LOW LIFES get away with this crap. Thieves, Criminals, and all around Scumbags. Just read all the other reviews. You're right Aaron ""RIP OFF COMPANY""!!!!
