I moved here in Nov 09 - for the money hands down it is the best value. Apartment is huge compared to all others I looked at and inside amenities ie Kitchen are fantastic. However once here there are several issues most seem to encounter: definitely NOT as soundproof as advertised and windows are drafty and are visible gaps between panes. The GE refrig has had to be replaced once because of motor and icemaker - have to turn off icemaker when full or will freeze into a solid block and motor still runs and sounds like a freight train.
Pros: Big Apts, Granite and Cherry in Kitchen
Cons: Outside Spaces, Pet Poop, Not Secure, Drafty
