if you want to kill or make you pet suffer go to a banfield hospital- all their D.V.M are qaulified to kill your pet HORRIBLE!!! HORRIBLE PLACE-just ""google of Bing"" banfield killed my pet and see for yourself!! I wish i did!! .. Banfield is CRAP... they want you to leave your pet for a""minimum of 4 hours"" to preform a ""comprehensive physical"". during this exam everything is supposed to be checked by a DVM...the DVM told me they dont check the belly or the visible genital area but explained to me that my pet had impacted anal glands! HELLO!!! but missed a big skin lesion that was clearly visable to the untrained eye. it was a red symetrical ring around my pets vulva, she told me thats a seperate exam I would have to pay for... this is why my pet was scheduled to see a D.V.M and when scheduling,they told me it will show up during the physical... the D.V.M explained i should have wrote this on the form, she doesnt check the belly of the vulva...HELLO??? then they didnt call to tell me that i could pick her up- I dropped her off at 9am, the D.V.M checked her at 10am and they left her in a cage without being walked (they have no place to walk them). when i finally went to pick her up at the 4 hour mark, i had to wait 20 minutes in front of a window with a closed blinds-and no people...I had to call on my cell phone to have someone come out and help me while I listen to my dog cry from inside the store...HELLO?? when she was returned to me-she stunk like feces and urine and was SHAKING!!!Banfield and their quacks were only concerned with ""billable exams or procedures"". 10 days since my pet has been here, she will not go near her leash and shakes anytime we put it on!! these quacks also explained the anal glands were impacted which was not true-they just wanted to bill for it...my dog never had a problem pooping..EVER!!!they lied to me and explained they had to be expressed....since then my pet has not had a soild bowel moment and now my new vet explained that they are infected!!!!... my dog never had a problem and pooped effortlessly and efficently- now she just crys when she goes- its heart breaking-so, from my pet to all of Banfield- F""""k YOU!!.. DO NOT BRING YOUR PET HERE!!!!!! they want you to buy the wellness plan that you cant cancel-horrible place- I mean really who aspires to work in a department store-
