I first met Gina 4 years ago when we both lived in Arizona, the Gina I met was a bright, ethical, forward thinking individual. When she began to share her insights about the need to have a Nutrition Program that offered a balanced approach, I was in!
During a session Gina would guide me through the connections of what I was eating and what was going on in my life at the time. I loved that there was always a very tailored to fit me program with encouragement to change the areas I needed to work on. I highly recommend Gina's wonderful way of taking being a human to the next level!
