My wife and I had dinner last night at Fortunato's Italian Steak Restaurant (Lowell, MA) and were terribly disappointed. Initially we were seated right next to the entry door - when the restaurant was 75% empty. Tables were not cleared, and the only table properly set up for guests was the one right next to the entrance door. As people came in, we practically had to move out of their way to let them in When we mentioned it to a waitress, she said that people weren't supposed to come in that way. Yet the door was open and the only alternative entrance brought people into a lounge vs. the restaurant. Eventually we were moved when my wife requested it for a second time.
