I am sorry to hear of the bad experience. My family and I have been using this vet since moving to the cape 15 years ago, which is 3 dogs altogether. Shortly after arriving on the cape, our 7 year old lab became very ill and I found this office to be exceptional and particularly sensitive to our concerns. Since that time we have continued using this office and are always satisfied. If there is one complaint, it would be that they are unwilling to send their prescriptions off to places like Pet Meds under the pretense that they are concerned about the quality of the medications. Naturally they want the meds purchased thru them, which I do feel is unfair.
