I needed a water softener installed and a reverse osmosis system. Solar Thermal Solution was able to come out and hook up the reverse osmosis system for me.
Before they left, Solar Thermal Solutions made sure the reverse osmosis system worked properly. They didn't just leave right when they were done. They put it through a test first and also showed us how to properly work the system.
A different time I had a faucet that was dripping and running. We called them, and that week they called us back and made the appointment. I appreciated that they didn't take a long time to return our calls and make an appointment. Most other companies wait 3 or 4 days before even calling us, and then we have to wait again for service.
