I needed a water softener installed and a reverse osmosis system. Solar Thermal Solution was able to come out and hook up the reverse osmosis system for me. Before they left, Solar Thermal Solutions made sure the reverse osmosis system worked properly. They didn't just leave right when they were done. They put it through a test first and also showed us how to properly work the system. A different time I had a faucet that was dripping and running. We called them, and that week they called us back and made the appointment. I appreciated that they didn't take a long time to return our calls and make an appointment. Most other companies wait 3 or 4 days before even calling us, and then we have to wait again for service. more

Solar Thermal Solutions came and took off the solar coils from the roof before the roofers came to put a coating on. After the coating was dried, Solar Thermal came back to put the coils back up. I actually had to delay their time to come back because the roofers were not done when they said they would be, and the coating wasn't dry. They were completely willing to work with us on the timing. The technician from Solar Thermal Solutions did something to mess up the pressure of our pool, so at 7:30 at night we called them. They tried to explain what to do in order to fix it, but we messed up and a handle broke off. The very next day a technician came out to fix it at absolutely no charge. A lot of business would have just tried to blow us off, or blame us for the handle, but Solar Thermal did everything professionally. They also told us how much it was going to cost, and that is what it cost. There wasn't anything unexpected. We were happy with the service. more
