I have been extremely satisfied with Precision Import. I have been using their services for about 2 years and have found them to be extremely competent, fair in pricing, and very accommodating in terms of scheduling. When I call for service I usually get in the next day.
Fortunately I haven't had to use them for any major work and have just used their services for things like checkups and oil changes. My car is in there right now to get the windshield replaced because it is cracked. They don't have that service at Precision Import, but they have someone come to their shop to do it so that the customer can still just drop off the car. It is great that they are able to accommodate the customer like that.
I find them very knowledgeable about cars, and they explain exactly what they plan to do. They answer any of my questions and call to make sure to authorize any work above and beyond what was discussed when I dropped off the car. At the end they review the bill and invoice with me to make sure I am satisfied.
I also like that they mail me reminders about upcoming services. Especially as busy as everyone is, it is nice to know when things are due. Precision Import really emphasizes that if you keep on top of the fluids you are less likely to have so many problems down the road. They are really knowledgeable about my 2 cars and have a history on their computer so that we can look back and see what has been done.
They are really pleasant to deal with; I can't say enough positive things about them. I give them very high marks. I have used them so far for 2 years, and I will for sure continue to use them. I have already recommended them to a number of my colleagues and friends.
