I have rented from Rockwel Realty for 2 years and it was the best experience I have had with a landlord. They are very respectful and are willing to help you out with any issues. My dishwasher was leaking for a while and they came in in a timely fashion and fixed it right up. They also DID inform me everytime they entered and left my apartment (be that for showing it to new tenants or fixing anything that came up). They also helped me find a new tenant when I had to leave my lease a little early. They had no issues with this, unlike most landlord and realty companies out there. The locations of both of my apartments were in the heart of Shadyside with beautiful wood floors and tiles in both apartments.
