Review content:
I had a similar experience to an above reviewer where I had a single day to visit apartments in Pittsburgh and sign a lease. Although I had not scheduled an appointment with Rockwel, they were able to meet me at their building within 45 minutes. I ended up signing a lease and living a year in their building on 5th Avenue in Shadyside. The landlord made special arrangements so that my roommate could move in a few weeks before the start of the lease. The property was well maintained and location was great. The landlord was extremely responsive throughout my entire rental. When asked to make general repairs (I had a sink break) the landlord made arrangements for the next day. When I had questions, my emails were quickly replied to. If I called the rental office, the management knew me on a first-name basis. When I moved out, there was a two day gap between my Rockwel lease and the apartment I was moving into. The landlord once again quickly made arrangements with the incoming tenants so I could stay in the apartment a few extra days until the lease began for my new place. I moved to gain additional space, but I have no complaints about the Rockwel property, and strongly recommend their management team.
