I don't understand where the other user is coming from. My family of three lived in a 2 bedroom apartment there for a year and a half. The only reason we moved was because of my job. The apartment was smaller than we had wished, but the rent was a good price and we could walk downtown. I never saw a cockroach-yuck! We did have the little sugar ants. I just wiped my cabinets off with vinegar and was good for the day. I very seldom heard my neighbors, and the woman who lived under us said she very seldom heard us--even our son's running up and down the hall! We played in the pool often. A friend of mine lives there now, and she has wood floors! It was very quiet and you can't beat walking home from the bars! LOL. I would definitely live there again.
Pros: Quiet, pool, downtown location
Cons: no washer and dryer hookups in the apartment
