I understand what the other reviewers are saying about the front end staff seeming un-compassionate or uncaring and sometimes even rude. When my cats both had a bad reaction to their shots, I called there and the receptionist insisted ""That's not possible. There is no way that BOTH cats would have a reaction."" She basically was calling me a liar. They are sisters from the same litter, so it was possible! When I brought them in - they were both running high fevers. It is just one example of how the front end doesn't do Dr. Schaad justice. Pros: Dr. Schaad is truly a compassionate vet who seems to really care about animals and their owners! Cons: Front end staff can often be rude, or appear to not really have compassion
