From the moment I walked into this place I had a bad feeling about what was to come. My poor dog didn't even want to freely walk in the door. That woman and her fake smile sure had me fooled. A drunk in disguise! The place smelled rancid. You would expect to take your dog to a groomer and have your pet returned to you in good health and spirit..NOT from this woman you don't. My poor dog was terrified and wasn't even properly groomed!! I called Wendy the next day to complain but to no avail ..she doesn't ever answer her phone or return your calls. This woman has no license and isn't even listed as a business..can we say Illegal!!! I have filed my complaints with the BBB and so should you!!
