From the moment I walked into this place I had a bad feeling about what was to come. My poor dog didn't even want to freely walk in the door. That woman and her fake smile sure had me fooled. A drunk in disguise! The place smelled rancid. You would expect to take your dog to a groomer and have your pet returned to you in good health and spirit..NOT from this woman you don't. My poor dog was terrified and wasn't even properly groomed!! I called Wendy the next day to complain but to no avail ..she doesn't ever answer her phone or return your calls. This woman has no license and isn't even listed as a business..can we say Illegal!!! I have filed my complaints with the BBB and so should you!! Cons: cruel intentions more

I went to this place. It smelled awful. I was very apprehensive about leaving my Lab. there. They said they'd take good care of her. Well they didn't. They kept her for 9 hours and after we picked her up and took her home. When I called to check on her the assistant was yelling at a dog in the background. Apparently they had cut her nails too low and she was dripping blood. We tried contacting Wendy and we've gotten no phone calls back. We've tried filing complaints and apparently they're not even listed as a business. with the state or bbb Cons: your dogs more then likey mistreated more

We took our dog here 3 weeks for wash an groom days later we saw something had changed with our dog she was haveing a hard time seeing things an was walking in to stuff we took our dog to the vet an found that our beloved pet had been blinded by the soap they used to give our dog a bath with we have called many times but have yet to get a return call from the owner more

ME and my husband took our dog to this shop back in 09 and things seemed fine it looked like a nice shop. smelled like cat inside but seeing she had one we didn't think much about it. We talked to a lady named wendy who said she was the owner an groomer. we talked about her shop and what the cost was. The next day we took our dog back for a bath and groom. she had our dog all day we droped him off a little after 9am and didnt get him back till just about 5 pm Wendy carried our dog over to us and handed us our dog we paid her cash as she said she didn't take checks from first timers when we got home we saw the dog was favoring one of his legs like he couldn't walk on it so we took him to the vet we then found out the dog had a broken leg the next day we called wendy and told her what had happen and she said she get back with us but she never returned any of or calls and left us stuck with a big vet bill and a hurt dog just because she has open doors and windows dont be fooled if it happen to us it very well can happen to your beloved pet as well Pros: none Cons: no recourse if your dog is hurt more

This is a vile place. There have been times when the bills weren't paid and the water wasn't heated. The place also never had heat in the winter. It's just a cinder block garage! Nice people, just really backwoodsy. Spend a little more and go to a reputable groomer. They also use cage dryers which is a hazard to your pet!! Pros: there were none Cons: very bad shop smells and they abuse dogs more

I took my dog there and my dog was very fearfull of her and I didnt like the way she treated me and my dog. And last but not least she stunk and smelled like alcohol. And she smelled like marijauna. I will never recomend her to anyone she needs not to be in business.. Cons: Owner doesnt pay her debts more

Weve taken our 2 dogs to visit this gooming salon for 3 years now. Weve always been greeted and treated with the utmost respect by these ladies. Our boys always leave happy and clean! My husband and I would recommend this small quiet shop to anyone with a dog!!! Pros: friendly, clean, outstanding atmosphere!!! more

One thing unique I found at DogNSudz is that the owner has an extreme passion and care for her customer and my dogs. I made the apointment and was greeted by a friendly and caring owner. in the short time i got to know Wendy Persang owner an groomer of dawg n sudz i have seen a'lot of very bad things going on in this shop from the use and dealing of drugs out of the shop to dogs being mistreated and abused Wendy her self took money from us a man who is handicap as a loan and refused to pay it back she dishonest an untrustworthy and not responsible person or she would pay her debits and i would never tell any one who loves there dogs to use this shop Cons: read review more

I have always been worried about leaving my dogs in the hands of someone else, but I took my 3 dogs into these wonderful ladies in the Spring and was so happy with the way they were treated. My dogs looked amazing and they were able to really brush out the coats when they were shedding so much, better than I could ever do. They were especially good with my older sensitive dog who needed a little coaxing. I would never hesitate to recommend them to anyone. I work in an animal hospital where I can get a discount on grooming, and I would rather pay more to take them here, that says a lot in itself. These ladies did an exceptional job with our toy poodle; he has been very finicky in the past about getting his hair trimmed but everything went fine with this shop. We will definitely be back... more

My wife and I took our pets to Dawg N Sudz for the first time last year We absolutely would not consider taking our dogs any where else to be groomed ever again as long as these ladies are still around. The owner does all the grooming herself; which is very nice b/c you know who will be handling your pet. The shop is very clean, and open, there is never an odor; and our dogs never leave there unhappy. They are bathed very well and their hair cuts look marvelous. And all of this at a very reasonable cost as well. I definitley recommend taking your pet to Dawg N Sudz; our animals are always just as pleased as we are! I have three mini. schnauzers and they aboslutely love to go to this groomer. The minute we pull up to the shop they begin whining with excitement to get out of the car and see their ""friends"" at Dawg N Sudz. The shop is very clean and every dog that I have seen come out of there has been very well bathed and has a show quality cut! My dogs look awesome when they come home and they are so happy! I have recommended this grooming salon to every friend that I have that has a dog that needs grooming. The owner is very friendly and does all the grooming herself. I highly recommend giving Dawg N Sudz a chance at grooming your faithful companion. My lab loves this shop. As soon as we pull up to the door her tail starts wagging w/excitement. This is a first, at the other grooming shops I've tried, I've had to ""drag"" her in and she comes out shaking. The service is outstanding and the staff is polite, courteous and very informative. There are no closed doors or hidden rooms at this shop and the owner does all the grooming herself. I was very happy with the grooming and the care she took. We took our Havanese here for the first time in March 07. They were very friendly and easy to schedule. Yes, you do have to plan ahead and make an appointment a week or so in advance for your precious pet. Our pup (?) is a bit older and they were even able to accomodate her so she didn't get so worn out with her bath and grooming. We were pleased with the grooming and the careful way she was handled. She was not fearful or nervous when we picked her up which made us happy. We've had her to various groomers in the area over the last 8 years are very pleased with the service we've received with this groomer. this little shop offers very personalized service. the owner does all the grooming, so you know who is grooming your pet every time your pet goes there compared to bigger places. the shop is very open, no closed doors so you can see whats going on there and how the animals are treated. my pet was not nervous about being left there and didnt act different when it got home.
