Review content:
When we adopted our new dog, Saben, we knew we and she were going to need a bit of training after she escaped from our yard twice on the first day. Saben was about 4 yrs old and we had no idea what her background was when we brought her home. We had taken one group class shortly after we adopted her but we were still having some serious concerns regarding her strong interest in small, furry creatures and her desire to run free, including into a busy road near our home.
We had used Happy Hounds as a daycare and boarding option but were not aware that Olivia was offering one-on-one training until we discussed our concerns with her and Brian. We had been impressed with how well Saben seemed to behave after spending time with Olivia and were pleased with her approach, using positive behavioral training techniques. We recognized that we needed as much training as Saben did and Olivia
