This place seems nice enough at first glance but don't be deceived. I rented a unit about 4 weeks ago. Then about three weeks ago I drop by on my lunch hour to put some more stuff in my unit. Surprise...surprise, the office is closed and it has been that way for more than 3 weeks now. No big deal, right? Wrong! There's a problem with the gate. I can get in but I can't get out. I've tried calling to report it but nobody answers. I've tried email but nobody responds. Apparently nobody cares. My rent is paid and I have personal belongings stored there. I can't get my stuff out or put more in unless I impose on someone to go with me to stand outside to put in my access code when I'm finished so I can get out. If you do business here you deserve whatever you get.
