Mountain Side Mini Storage

This place seems nice enough at first glance but don't be deceived. I rented a unit about 4 weeks ago. Then about three weeks ago I drop by on my lunch hour to put some more stuff in my unit. Surprise...surprise, the office is closed and it has been that way for more than 3 weeks now. No big deal, right? Wrong! There's a problem with the gate. I can get in but I can't get out. I've tried calling to report it but nobody answers. I've tried email but nobody responds. Apparently nobody cares. My rent is paid and I have personal belongings stored there. I can't get my stuff out or put more in unless I impose on someone to go with me to stand outside to put in my access code when I'm finished so I can get out. If you do business here you deserve whatever you get. more

Very nice lady! Very helpful!! Would encourage anyone looking for storage to look there first!! Also the place is very secure. I feel my stuff is safe there! They have gates and alarms everywhere.. Pros: Secure (gated) Cons: Auto lot needs an auto opener. Poor girl had to run across the street to let somebody in! more
