Review content:
I never was impressed with the ""service"" of their office staff here. They are hard to get a hold of, not friendly on the phone, and if you don't call them back then they send letters to your home. Sure you can deal with them, but if you don't actually call them back after they send you that letter then you will be kicked out of the practice with no other warning, like I was. I am sorry for thinking that I actually had a choice in how to handle my own health.
There are much better practices out there that will actually treat you, the patient, as a customer and if they need something from you they will explain what they need from you and the time frames involved. Stay away from this practice if you actually want a practice that cares about you.
