Review content:
These people were unprofessional from the start, and simply thieves at the finish. Three months later I am still owed a returned deposit for an unsuccessful apt. application. It is not just the immature and wildly unprofessional broker and her assistant whom I worked with, but clearly the whole outfit, since I have contually contacted her superior in an effort to get my money back (and it is not a small sum!) and her supervisor has done nothing but give me the same kind of double talk and platitudinous assurances that it will all be taken care of. These people should have their licenses revoked.
