Worst service ever. I parked my car at WallyPark Valet when we went to see the family for the holidays. When I got back the baby seat side Impact was damaged from valet crawling out the back of the car due to them fitting my car into a small area. I filed a complaint but cannot get a call back from any local management. Finally recieved a letter from their claims group saying it was denied since they are not responsible for anything in the car. Claims rep said it was only speculation and that they talked to the valets and they did not know of any problems. How can they not be responsible for anything inside if they are getting in to park it? The answer I got was that I got "" I know that law and we are not reposnsible"" The handling of this was extremely poor. Nice treatment during the holidays. We had gone here for 10 years, we will not be parking here ever again. I strongly warn against using any WallyPark facilities.
