DO NOT TRUST this company with your vehicle!!!! What bad customer service they offer when your car is damaged. They will deny your claim!! I parked my Audi in their ""Premier Garage"" and even paid extra to park in the covered area. When I came back to pick up my car my windshield had a big crack in it. After taking time out of my schedule to file a claim with the manager and waiting over a week, I finally get some impersonal email stating my claim was denied. Now I have to file a small claim against this company. Choose another company to trust your vehicle with that will take care of you when problems arise. more

Worst Service 12/28/2011

Worst service ever. I parked my car at WallyPark Valet when we went to see the family for the holidays. When I got back the baby seat side Impact was damaged from valet crawling out the back of the car due to them fitting my car into a small area. I filed a complaint but cannot get a call back from any local management. Finally recieved a letter from their claims group saying it was denied since they are not responsible for anything in the car. Claims rep said it was only speculation and that they talked to the valets and they did not know of any problems. How can they not be responsible for anything inside if they are getting in to park it? The answer I got was that I got "" I know that law and we are not reposnsible"" The handling of this was extremely poor. Nice treatment during the holidays. We had gone here for 10 years, we will not be parking here ever again. I strongly warn against using any WallyPark facilities. more

Seatac Park Poor Review 12/5/2008

I?ve parked with Seatac park for a number of years, for both business and pleasure. I?d gone without incident until a fall 2008 vacation to Hawaii. Upon getting dropped at our vehicle, we discovered that one of my bags was missing. Unfortunately, it was the bag that contained all of the souvenirs I?d purchased. Seatac Park could not locate the bag, which meant they?d given it somebody else. Needless to say, I contacted them regularly to see if it had been returned or they had located it. I was finally offered to park free on my next trip. I thought that fair enough, as accidents happen and although the items in the bag were incredibly important to me, it certainly could have been worse. Now, as I prepare for my next flight, I?ve emailed my contacts (Rich Connors, Owner and Dave Bass, Manger) asking about my ?free parking? on two separate occasions and have not even gotten a response. I?ve been completely dismissed, even having been a loyal customer for so long. You don?t really discover the quality of a business until there is an issue and it?s how they treat you at that time that defines them. I strongly recommend avoiding this company. I certainly will never park with them again and there are certainly many others to choose from. more

I wish I can do negative stars. I parked my car using the Valet service, silly me I thought it would cover me from damages. I returned from my trip and there was damage. Filed a claim and was denied stating the damage was noted prior to dropping off the vehicle. This is an out right lie. My 2006 Dodge Stratus is in immaculate shape, it should be I just bought it from a dealer 2weeks prior. They lie and cheat. Save yourself the hassle park somewhere else.\r \r Pros: Nice to you as long as you dont have a claim against them Cons: they lie and damage your vehicle and say you did it. more
