Just a quick note to follow up my phone call last week to A Better Moving Company. As I let Caleb know, we recieved the cat post last week. Thank you for your efforts in getting it to us. Our cat may not realize the effort you put into it, but we certainly appreciate it! Now that everything has arrived(including Building materials ordered through Tampa), we're ready to begin building our home and are pretty much settled in. I wanted to take a few moments to thank you for your service and follow up. It was a huge ordeal for us due to the cross-country move, leaving family and friends, and dealing with adjustment to a whole new culture. We are glad that we made the decision to hire A Better Moving Company to handle the move. We could not have done it without your services. We especially appreciate your communication and concer, Steve. Whenever I had an issue to discuss or left a message at the office, you always returned my phone calls promptly and responded to the concerns or questions. In the midst of the chaos and emotional trauma on our end, we are truly grateful. Take care and good luck!
