Review content:
I came across this site by accident and felt a need to respond to the 2 posts. I have lived in SW Estates since the beginning. We were beginning to be a rag tag looking neighborhood under Coffman. Then, Four Corners came on board. They polished us and manicured us so that we look like the high end area that we were supposed to be. I had no trouble getting calls returned and responses to my issues. We, as residents, can be difficult and demanding. I know. I am one. However, I found the staff to be very polite and quick to respond to my many demands, within reason. I can only think that the lack of response was due to staff change over or equipment switches. I was very saddened to find that our board, changed to a new company. Since the change, I have noticed that our lake is murky and very littered and lots of litter and dog stuff on the sidewalks. Not the same. People, chill. This is a good, hard working company that, when I move, I will definately recommend retaining.
