Four Corners Association Management

I came across this site by accident and felt a need to respond to the 2 posts. I have lived in SW Estates since the beginning. We were beginning to be a rag tag looking neighborhood under Coffman. Then, Four Corners came on board. They polished us and manicured us so that we look like the high end area that we were supposed to be. I had no trouble getting calls returned and responses to my issues. We, as residents, can be difficult and demanding. I know. I am one. However, I found the staff to be very polite and quick to respond to my many demands, within reason. I can only think that the lack of response was due to staff change over or equipment switches. I was very saddened to find that our board, changed to a new company. Since the change, I have noticed that our lake is murky and very littered and lots of litter and dog stuff on the sidewalks. Not the same. People, chill. This is a good, hard working company that, when I move, I will definately recommend retaining. Pros: Good, hardworking, personal company Cons: Can't think of any more

Worst property management co ever dealt with. No one answers the phone and no one returns calls. Would not recommend. more

I would not choose to work with this company again after the service we are receiving. It is not up to par with any association we've been involved with before and if I had anything to say it would not be our current association of choice. Remember to do your research before choosing someone to work with. It will be helpful in the end. more
